Battles loom over lost Spanish toll revenues

Infrastructure fund-backed Spanish toll road operators are expected to seek compensation for lost revenues during the COVID-19 crisis. But doing so could result in years of legal battles and fallouts with the Spanish government, Stefano Berra reports
