China Tianying mandates three European banks for Urbaser sale

China Tianying has appointed three European banks to work on a proposed sale of a minority stake in Spanish environment company Urbaser, according to two sources familiar.

The energy-from-waste company has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB, Société Générale and Deutsche Bank as financial advisors, they said. The two French banks are the leading advisers, according to the sources mentioned and an additional two sources familiar.
