South Australia has selected a group led by Tetris Capital and DIF Capital Partners for its new schools PPP project, three sources familiar said.
The consortium, which includes Sarah Construction, was up against two other shortlisted consortia led by Morrison & Co and Macquarie Capital.
The up to AUD 200m (USD 137m) project will involve the design, construction, commissioning, financing and maintenance of two large schools over the next 30 years at Munno Para in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, and another at Aldinga in the south of the city.
The South Australian government declined to comment. Tetris and DIF did not respond to a request for comment.
