Former Hochtief VP joins infra consultancy

Andrew Hatton, a former Hochtief vice president who has worked on public-private partnerships (P3s), has joined consulting firm Evolve Infrastructure.

Hatton, who could not be reached as of press time, joined Evolve this month, according to his LinkedIn profile. A source close to the situation confirmed the move.

Hatton previously worked for MGAC, a Washington, DC-based consultancy, where he had served as vice president of its P3 advisory practice since September 2018. Hatton worked out of MGAC’s Toronto office, and will continue to be based in the Toronto area.

Hatton worked at Hochtief PPP Solutions North America’s Toronto office from September 2014 to March 2018 serving as vice president of project development, according to his LinkedIn. Hatton previously spent nearly 11 years working at Balfour Beatty Investments, where he served as bid director.
