I Squared agrees EUR 1.5bn T-Solar sale to Cubico

I Squared Capital has announced an agreement to sell European renewables platform Grupo T-Solar to Cubico Sustainable Investments for a total enterprise value of EUR 1.5bn.

Cubico, which is owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and PSP Investments, was one of several bidders to submit an offer for the platform last week.
