ICON Infrastructure is going to hold a final close for its fifth fund on 20 March, according to recent LP meeting materials.

ICON Infrastructure Fund V, which seeks to raise USD 1.8bn, will be reviewed for possible new commitments by the New Mexico State Investment Council (NMSIC) and Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) on 25 February, meeting materials from the LPs show.

NMSIC is considering a commitment of up to USD 75m, while OP&F has not disclosed the amount.

ICON did not respond to a request for comment by press time.

Sponsored by London-headquartered iCON Infrastructure Management, the closed-end fund will predominately focus on brownfield, mid-market value-add infrastructure primarily in Europe with a secondary focus on North America.
