IFM Investors is expected to respond to the request for qualifications (RFQ) for the St. Louis Lambert International Airport public-private partnership (P3), two sources familiar with the situation told Inframation.
IFM will likely work with Manchester Airports Group (MAG), a portfolio company, on its bid, sources said.
IFM joins at least a half dozen other teams bidding to lease the asset.
Responses to the RFQ are due 1 November.
IFM declined to comment on the situation.
