Korean consortium wins MIRA energy-from-waste business

South Korea’s IS Dongseo and E&F Private Equity have been named preferred bidders for a waste and waste-to-energy business owned by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, according to sources close to the situation.

The winning bidders for Green Energy Holdings propose to pay just over KRW 500bn (USD 410m) in equity for the business, giving it an enterprise value of more than KRW 700bn including debt.
