Mainstream Renewable Power sounds out potential suitors

Mainstream Renewable Power has begun sounding out bidders ahead of launching a sale of itself early in May. 

Its financial advisor Rothschild began disseminating teasers to potential suitors this month, in a deal code-named Project Danu, SparkSpread has learned.

The size of the stake for sale is “fluid” but Mainstream could consider an outright 100% sale, according to the teaser.
