Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) announced a 39-project MXN 297bn (USD 13.7bn) Infrastructure Investment Plan as part of his government’s attempts to reactivate the economy.
In his daily press briefing of 5 October, in the company of prominent businessmen and senior cabinet ministers, AMLO said that his government would focus on seven projects already being executed and 32 new projects.
