Morgan Stanley Infrastructure to bid for German fibre group

A Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners-backed fund will make an offer of around EUR 415m to acquire a German broadband provider and is planning further equity investments to upgrade its networks. 

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners said on Monday (21 December) that it will make a public takeover offer for Frankfurt-listed Tele Columbus for EUR 3.25 per share via its vehicle Kublai GmbH.
