French investment bank Natixis has named Helena Radzyminski as head of investment banking for Latin America, a spokesperson confirmed.
Radzyminski previously served as managing director for loan syndications at the bank. Before that, she held positions at Standard Bank, Fleet Bank and BankBoston.
Prior to Radzyminski’s appointment, the position was held by David Gruppo. The spokesperson neither confirmed the reason for Gruppo’s departure nor whether he had assumed a new role.
This year, Natixis has been involved in four deals that have reached financial close in Latin America, including the Villanueva I-III and Don José 992MW Solar Portfolio, according to Inframation Deals.
