WSP is the parent company of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

The project includes construction of up to two AirTrain stations at the airport, as well as the construction of an AirTrain station at Willets Point, Queens.

The project also includes the construction of the “right-of-way” for the train from the airport to Willets Point.
