OMERS portfolio company buys registry specialist

Teranet, a statutory registry services firm owned by OMERS Infrastructure, has bought out the remaining shares of Foster Moore, a New Zealand-based firm specializing in registry software, Teranet announced.

Teranet, which OMERS Infrastructure bought in November 2008, initially acquired a 49.1% stake in Foster Moore in 2014. The shares were acquired from Foster Moore’s management.
