Peruvian government’s promulgation of a law suspending toll fee collection during the country’s state of emergency has lead one concessionaire to consider taking the country to court.
One of the highway concessionaires is considering arbitration over Law N. 31018, which the Peruvian government promulgated on 7 May, according to Verónica Zambrano, president of Supervisory Agency for Investment in Infrastructure (Ositrán), without giving further details.
