Solarpack partners with Ardian for 48.6 MW Peruvian solar projects

Solarpack has closed a deal with asset manager Ardian to transfer 49% of two solar plants in Peru, according to a 22 April press release.

The Spain-based solar developer announced the deal in September 2019 but declined to say how much they had received for the 49% stake.

In May 2019, Solarpack paid USD 51.5m to acquire the 90.5% interest it didn’t own from the Andean Development Corporation (CAF), Conduit Capital Partners and X-Elio.
