Teams emerge for St. Louis Lambert International Airport P3

Teams are forming to bid on the public-private partnership (P3) lease contract for the St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

The city issued an RFQ for the project on 4 October, with responses due on 1 November.

Blackstone is on a team with French-based airport operator Groupe ADP while Ferrovial will also bid, said two sources familiar with the situation.

Other teams expected to bid include Vinci partnered with Oaktree Capital and Carlyle Group partnered with Munich Airport International, added a third and fourth source familiar with the situation. Carlyle and Munich, alongside JLC Infrastructure and Ullico are partnered on the JFK Terminal One Development.
